HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AMERICA! It’s the 4th of July and time to celebrate and reflect on all we are grateful for. First off, we want to show our appreciation for all of you; our coffee fans. For me, I often reflect on those amazing words from JFK, “Ask not what your country can do for you but what can you do for your country.” This action thought has motivated me to always think of others and how to dig in and make a difference.
In the spirit of our nation’s birth, our Coffee of the Month is Cowboy Coffee. I know we featured this coffee a couple of months ago. But, this classic offering will never disappoint. It is a tribute to our classic western heroes and the hard-working people that make our nation great. It is truly one of our most popular products.
What is Cowboy Coffee you may ask? Well, here’s our secret… we blend our classic dark roasted French Roast with a medium roasted coffee from Sumatra. The two coffees balance each other perfectly. On one hand, you have a classic smoky flavor of a French Roast. But something is missing...The body! When roasting coffee dark, many of the oils (which make up the body of the coffee) are roasted out of the bean producing a shiny finish. Coffee from Sumatra is known for its Full Body, Low Acidity, and Syrupy texture. By blending these two partners a balance is created between the rugged smokiness of the French Roast and the earthy full body of the Sumatra producing a strong and balanced cup. Perfect for getting your day started with a little extra boost for those that need to do the heavy lifting.

I know, we featured this fantastic tea last month. The response was so strong from our fans, like our Cowboy Coffee, we are featuring it again.
The name says it all. Bliss in a cup! Organic Superior Grade Rooibos leaf infused with a bouquet of Purple Haze Fan Flower and scented with the essence of Blue Berry. This caffeine-free antioxidant-rich blend is perfect iced. This refreshing tea is great for summertime relief from the heat. “What is the rooibos tea good for?
